Aishwarya Rai Bachchan Workout And Diet Plan: This diva was born on 1 November 1973 is now married to Abhishek Bachan and is now called as Aishwarya Rai Bachan. She started her career as a model and was the first runner up in Miss India contest and later won the Miss World Pageant in 1994. She is considered as one of the most beautiful women in the world.

She moved into acting made her debut in 1997 in Iruvar but later she was recognised in the film Jeans in 1998 which turned out to be successful. She got her worldwide success in 1999 for Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s film Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam. Because of her good acting talent she has got many awards like Filmfare awards, Screen Awards and IIFA awards.

Aishwarya doesn’t like working out much but she has been very careful about his diet from long and especially now after giving birth to her daughter Aaradhya.

  • Mrs. Bachan’s diet is of boiled vegetables as they have little or no fat and they are full of nutrients and are easy to digest too.
  • Breakfast: It is usually toast made with brown bread and oats.
  • Her other variety of food is usually brown rice and grilled fish. As brown rice is healthier than white rice as its high fibre content helps in burning the fat and it satisfies the appetite.
  • She drinks a lot of water in a day i.e. around 8 glasses as water also helps in reducing frequent hunger pangs.
