  2. 1 Peach
  3. Low Fat Yoghurt

Dinner:

  1. 2 eggs with Spinach
  2. Tomatoes
  3. Large Green Salad

After Dinner:

  1. Some Dark chocolate pieces

Tip:  Drink a lot of water.
