  • Cardio: do at least 30-60 minutes of cardio such aerobics, running, jogging and cycling every day. If one concentrates only on abs exercise and does not do any cardio then it will not show any effect as fat on belly will hide it.
  • Abdominal Exercise:  Abs exercises should be performed four times in a week and they should be done in a way that all the areas of abs are covered such as upper abs, lower abs, and side abs:
    • Sit ups: Abs Crunches are the best but sit ups also put an equal effort. Lie on your back and without any support sit with legs stretched out and then lying down again with hands on chest. Repeat it 10-15 times in 2 sets.
    • Leg raises: lie on the back and raise your legs at 90 degree without lifting your hips and back and then lower back to the floor. Repeat it 10-15 times in 2 sets.
    • Side bend: stand straight on the floor and bend to one side then to the other.
    • Push up and Pull ups: shahrukh performs 100 push ups and 60 pull ups daily for the arms and abs.
    • Sports: Shahrukh frequently play football and cricket to keep up the flexibility levels.
